Kris, those blocks are so pretty! Are you still able to do handwork in your down time at work? If so then I think you will be finished in no time. So, if you make two then I'll put in my claim for one right now! Appliqué and I are not exactly pals, lol. I have some of the kits from a BOM from Patchabilities to do. .Mine are only a couple

Good luck with your quilting Linda. I too like to piece the backs, at the very least a wide enough strip to only use one length of fabric. I also use orphan blocks and practice blocks. I think the backs are more interesting. i got in a little quilting time yesterday and will do a little more tonight. I have applied for the position of the tortoise,

Linda, both of your UFOs are very pretty. I have a 3yo DGD that would love the "Frozen" one. She loves anything "Frozen". So far I have resisted the urge. Lol

Pat, glad to hear your emergency has settled down. How nice to hear you got your last row on. Good luck on tackling the border. i had to completely empty my sewing room twice last year. Yuck! Way to go Kris! Your bag quilt looks great! Binding isn't my favorite part so I have to remind myself that I am almost to the finish line. Whose quilt will this be? I have almost got one block quilted on my MQ. Lol. Just haven't had time. This weekend we are having special services at church so probably won't have much if any time, am going

Pat A. We have enough stress in our lives, let's not make more in this group with a lot of rules. I like your quilt and look forward to seeing your progress. I started quilting mine last night but I am going slow, slow, slow. Will be gone all day today and tomorrow so that won't help but at least when I walk by the sewing room I can see it on

Kris, I hope you are feeling better and were able to get your quilt on the frame. I think it will look good without a border.
