• Re: Our projects

I did go to sorting and filtering and my computer was set to "show all". I finally had to set it to "newer than a year" to bring them up. Doesn't really matter as long as they all showed up.

Thanks from me too. I sent an email and just got an automated response, but since the site has been cleaned up that is ok. What some people find amusing is very strange!

Very pretty Barbara. I was planning to sandwich a quilt top that is supposed to be a gift. However, DDIL is having a yard sale this weekend and borrowed my big tables. So there is another delay. I also want to get my Craftsy BOM sandwiched and get going on it. Have you posted the first blocks or did you start at 5? I didn't put mine together like
Pat, your quilt is beautiful! Thanks for supplying the pattern name. Did you buy a kit or purchase Hoffman fabrics of your own choosing?
Thank you Nancy, and everyone else who liked my quilt. As I said I hated to give it away. It was in American Patchwork and Quilting, April 2009. By the time I decided to do

Barbara, now don't throw anything at me, but I did some fmq today. It took at least 5 minutes. LOL It is for my darling 19 mo old granddaughter. I also spent time looking for a backing for the Craftsy BOM. So far, no go. I still don't have all my boxes unpacked but am trying to bolster myself in case I have to go shopping.

I finished the quilt for DS and DDIL. This is one I hated to give away. It is "Sea Glass" designed by Nancy Mahoney, fabric by Hoffman, piecing and quilting by me. I love the colors and wish my camer were. My DDIL post pics on her Facebook even showing the back, LOL. She was thrilled which really made me happy!

Sorry Barbara, I am one of the AWOL fmqers. When my son and his family moved in with me I lost my sewing room and wasn't able to do too much. They finally moved out and I am in the process of moving all my stuff again. I did finish a quilt for my other son and dil. In the process of moving I found 8 completed tops. Aaaccckkk! One of them is the

Weeze, your baby quilt is so pretty. I love how the pink and black play together! Very nice! I am down to hand sewing the binding down on my DIL's quilt. I am not very fast but am hoping to be finished early next week. We shall see.

Last year my son's debit card got hit. I dropped him off at the Tampa airport and when he got off the plane in Houston he got a call from the fraud dept. His card had been hit over 60 times in 15 minutes. They totally emptied his account. His bank got the money back within a week. There was a story on the news about a small device that can read
