hi Althea! I found out that a lady in Tipton, OK is going to put together the quilt for the Oklahoma soldier. He was from that town. Since he was a newlywed, they are hoping to have enough blocks to provide a quilt for his wife and one for his family. I wanted to give you her address. Anyone else who is making blocks can either send them to this lady

You are very welcome, Althea! There are SO many people who feel the same way you do, me included! For the Oklahoma soldier, I found out a lady in Tipton, Oklahoma who owns The Patchwork Tiger is going to make the quilt for his family. Wow! Your part of the country is absolutely beautiful!!! I live in Edmond, Oklahoma, which is a north suburb of Oklahoma City. We'll have an occasional coyote and deer, skunks... and tons of squirrels - in fact, they think they own the joint! :-D Vicki

hi Althea! Flame looks like my JayJay. I think we talked about that before... Does Flame get a lot of eye infections? JayJay has had one and the vet said it was because his eyes are so pale. I keep them really clean and he hasn't had an infection since then, thank goodness. I do love this picture! Vicki Edmond, OK

In my studio, I have wrapped boards hanging on the wall for them to jump/lay around on. Here's Mikey laying on one of the boards. The pic cut his big bushy tail off. I'll find another picture that shows his gorgeous tail. Vicki Edmond, Oklahoma
