I need help with my membership. My account has an expiration of Jan. 31, 2012 , but I don't remember renewing. I left a post in early Sept. with no response. I would like to have this clarified. I also need a new membership card. I have not had one since I first joined. Thank you.

My membership status on “My Account” shows me as active as of Jan. 31, 2009 and expiring Jan. 31, 2012. Is this correct? I thought the membership was yearly. Thanks Linda

I have taken several books to FedEx Office & Print Center. My local FedEx will cut the spine off for less than $2.00, then it can be punched for three hole binder or they will bind it with one of those plastic spiral binders. This is usually done while I wait. I have had no problems with them.
