    Hi Sorry I probably wasn't clear. Okay in my guild we have a committee called Quilting for Others, it gets all it's fabric donated to it from members. Mostly ladies who have passed away. They also donate unfinished quilt tops, or some ladies just like to make tops so they will turn those in and they need quilting. They are perfect for practicing

    HI In my Guild we have a group called Quilting for Others, They always have quilts that need quilting, or kits of fabric to put together that are simple to do. These are good for practicing your quilting. The people that recieve them are so grateful to have anything. They don't care if the design didn't turn out just right. Just an idea:)

  • I love applique

    Hi I love doing applique. I always thought I was doing something wrong as I didn't have much trouble with it. All the ladies in my email group would call it the "A" word because they hated it. I have tried alot of different ways to do it and really like needle turn the best. I like to use the little bottle of Roxanne's Glue for Celtic

    Good Morning:) I am currently visiting my daughter Heather in Southern Idaho. Today we are going to drive to Glens Ferry to visit the Quilt Shop there.     Hi I live in Tucson, AZ. So Casa Grande is not that far away. There are several great Quilt shops up there and we have 4 shops in Tucson. My most favorite shop is The Quilters Market as we meet there every Tuesday morning for our stitching group. Our Quilt Show is January 22, 23, 24, 2010. I am visiting in Mountain Home, my son inlaw is in the Air Force

    Yes I have to admit a little snow here and there would be nice. We have lived so long in AZ tho that we froze when we came up for Christmas. Then we had to drive home in a blizzard and that was it for us. My friends thought I was really funny as they are from Michigan and Iowa and are used to the snow. Mary

  • Hello from Sunny Tucson

    Hello I live in Southern Arizona, it's very warm right now. Mostly I stick to applique in the summer as it's so hot. We have a great Guild here and a big Quilt Show every year so it's alot of fun. Right now I am visiting my daughter in Idaho. It got a little warm today but still cooler than home. I have been quilting for about 12 years well

    Hi I am in South Idaho right now visiting my Grand Daughters. They are alot of fun, but they also have alot more energy than I do. I have been enjoying the cooler weather lately as I live in Arizona and it has been pretty hot lately:) I will take heat over snow tho. We are going to go find Quilt Shops one of these days. I know there are several in Boise
