    Wow , the room finished beautifully!!! It would be a such a joy to go in close the door and work away, here in my area there are too many distractions! out there I could get something done without always having to go "fix" everyone elses problems. We are planning on moving from Winter Haven Florida to Mooresville N.C. so we can be close to

    Hi Julie, Welcome to the group and to Florida, I am from Winter Haven Florida, I am in-between Tampa and Orlando by LEGOLAND. Congrats on the new machine I hope you get hours and hours of pleasure from it!! I had a stand up longarm and gave it away to a friend when I couldn't fit it in my little house and wanted a SD machine but never bought one

    hi, Is it has been awhile as I was recuperating from that fall and my shoulder had to heal, so no typing. I joined a water class a few years back and it really helped me move again. The issue for me was in the water, I t felt like I weighed about 5 lbs. getting out I put it all back on and ugh I thought I would die the first few times! I think you may

    Oh I thought everyone knows, the quilting police will come and get you if you don't use a 1/4 foot to piece and a walking foot quilt... tee-hee. I also have been known to use lambskin pads for feet ( Dr. Schowls) and cut them into strips and use for tape marking. they rise up a little more and easy and cheap to use. Sorry I haven't been on but

    Hi I have been down and out sick with that blasted flu bug, then just as I got better my Daughter needed help and is moving away to NC from Fl, and taking the grandgirls I love so very much. I am devastated . I went yesterday and picked them up from school and played all day until almost 8 pm and then drove back home2 hrs. so not much quilting getting

    I feel your pain, I had a problem like that and about went to the looney bin. what the solution was, for me, to lower my feed dogs a little as they were pulling my bottom fabric faster than my top fabric making it a little off. I also learned that I never cut anything "perfect" just a smidge bigger then sew then trim to perfection. All blocks
