Paper clips do the same job and they are also inexpensive.

Toby, the top and the backing has to be the same size before you "sandwich" them, with the 1/4" inch seem lines marked on them. The batting should be cut 1/4" inch or so bigger than the top/back piece and will be trimmed after the quilting has been done. Baste with needle and thread around your sandwiched block and make sure that

I just looked at the DJ Block Gallery and noticed, that some of those blocks (including mine) are not showing the quilters name and instead it shows "By QCA Admin". Is this caused by the conversion to the new website? Just curious, why this has happened! Thanks for any info.

Does this new website has a media folder for each quilter? In what order are those DJ blocks displayed? Just wanted to admire everyone's block and look at their great work! Does anyone know? Thank you.

Hi Lori, thanks for thinking of me. I am very busy with other projects and family.
