    WOW Nana, I enjoyed that site & copied all of the patterns that I needed but is there more patterns out there? I suppose if I use just 1 basic pattern I can sew all sorts of strips together to get different effects. This would be nice in rich colors made out of flannel, I guess any pattern would help...What a life saver you are!

    THANKS Patti, I appreciate this so much. This will be my new adventure just 1 more thing added to my daily quilting. I just got done making a K size quilt for my daughter & I used the Sweet 16 pattern in shades of browns & a little greens game out so manly & rich in color. When I go to her house for deer hunting we're painting their

  • 60 degree triangle pattern needed

    HELPPPPP, I received a 60 degree triangle with NO pattern & I don't know how to use it. Does anyone know where I can find some patterns to go with this ruler? Grama Chris

    Jaci, I'm origianlly from Chicago IL, my Mom was from Lublin WI & Dad was from Chicago, so when Mom moved to Chicago & met my Dad, got married & had 3 kids we moved to WI so I have been here for 40 yrs (giving my age away?) I met my hubby on the route school bus & the rest is history. We have been together for 40 yrs & married

    Althea, What brings you to NY & do you live close by? I use to watch the Apprentice but not any more since he critisized a gal & brought her down, no scrupples what so ever. Does anyone want to exchg patterns or Redwork/embroidery & how do we do that? I made 6 quilts this summer & had them in our Church quilt fair. Our friday night quilters

    Judy, I know how shots are bcuz I had 9 of them last month & did no good for me, my back is too far gone. Had a 2 level spinal fusion 6 1/2 yrs ago & left me disabeled but I cope & take 1 day at a time, I feel you can't sit in the corner & feel sorry for your self other wise you'll wind up in a looney bed, enough of this now

    Nana & all, Here's my new ruler it is called the TWISTER. You make up a quilt with either 5" or 10" squs w/border. Then you take this ruler that has blk lines not exactlly straight up & down, place them on the seam where to aqus meet & the border, cut them all out, sew back together in what ever color scheme you want, add borders

    Nana, You sure do have a lot on your plate today. I sewed a little this early morn then went out for coffee w/daughter @8:00 & stayed there for an hr & came home & started to do alterations. I'm making a dress for our Minister @church & have to get it done in 2 days becuz I'm leaving 11-19 till Thanksgiving to watch our new grandbaby
