I tried to make it Wednesday and Thursday but my car decided to be a problem. Never had one before but the engine and oil lights came on and I was afraid to chance it. It just definitely was not meant to be for me this year. Hope you all will do it again so I get a second chance. Had my stuff already. I have a quilt for Maddie I would be glad to mail

It is with much sadness that I write this. After signing up for the retreat in December my husband was diagnosed with lung cancer in February. His last chemo treatment was the first part of June and I had thought by the end of the month he would be doing well enough for me to attend. I knew I would really need this by than. There is something called a Jellyroll 1600 race that some quilt groups are doing. It is taking a jellyroll and seeing who can sew the strips into a quilt the fastest. Not sure we would want to race but

Would anyone be interested in exchanging 2 1/2" strips? Maybe pick a theme or color palette? I recently watched a Utube of a group having a race to finish a Jelly Roll 1600 quilt. Since I cut my left overs into this size strip decided to make one. Super easy and quick. I mostlly make quilts for ET Project Linus so I would like kids prints or bright

I would really be interested in visiting the Titanic. This is something I have been wanting to do. I think it would be more fun going with others. Dianna
