I have been crocheting for 40 plus years and only recently gotten very into quilting. I tried to quilt once about 38 years ago and didn't enjoy all of the cutting (prior to the invention of rotary blades). My son knew a few women who quilted and kept encouraging me to try quilting, oh my goodness how things have change and needless to say I'm hooked! I am now on my 3rd quilt and enjoy sewing with my granddaughters who are trying their first quilt. I am loving the hobby and my new Janome Horizon 7700 is one heck of an upgrade from my first 1950s Kenmore Sewing Machine!
I am hopeful to learn how to navigate this site in the future to put my quilt pictures up.
