Started sewing, like most people for my dolls while growing up. Then making clothing for myself and my daughter. I started quilt while pregnant with my first child nearly 40 years ago. Most of my quilts are for babies. I recently entered the " Golden Baby Lock Contest" with a wall quilt which is also embroidered. Some of my quilts are artsy and not so traditional. I think I prefer to quilt and embroider rather than make clothing. But all of it is fun, and relaxing. I am hoping I can quit my job and make my love for quilting a business!
