I have been sewing since I was very young, my mother taught me with the aid of 4-H projects. My grandparents were avid quilters, heading to Arizona to make and sell their beautiful designs every year. However, I didn't start quilting till October 2009. My husband left town for work and I decided to occupy my spare time by quilting. My first project was a kennel quilt for my pets. Since then I have done more kennel quilts, bags, Christmas Stockings, table runners, potholders, a baby quilt, a wall hanging and my current project is a lap quilt. Lots of ideas to inspire me here. :)
