I am married and the mother of four boys. I am a self-taught quilter and have been stitching on and off for about 12 years. I am more of a traditional quilter but I also like to try new techniques. I quilt mostly for others and I enjoy praying for that person as I piece together their quilt. I just recently started to include a Bible verse on the quilt label. Quilting has become a way to escape the pressures of every day life and also to minister to others. I just recently set some goals for myself--finish all my ufos (I have about 5), take a quilting class, and make some quilting friends.
