I came to quilting later in life and have been making quilts for about 4 years. I love applique in all its forms.I have 5 children all grown now and a very supportive husband who loves the creative side of me and doesn't mind cooking the dinner when I am busy creating. I am a registered nurse in the operating room and although I love my work I would rather be quilting all the time.
