This is a quilt I made for my niece's wedding.  She wanted something predominantly in browns.  Browns are not my favorite color to work with, but batiks are, so I worked this Lone Star sampler in shades of brown, beige, gold and green.  I hope she likes it.

Karla, Beautiful quilt !!! You are such a generous Aunt.  Im sure   your niece will love and cherish it. You did a wonderful job with the color scheme. I wish you were closer so you could teach me. I love stars. I would like to see her expression when she sees her gorgeous lone star quilt.
