This quilt was made for my son and his wife.  She likes pastel and bright colors and wanted something in these colors.  I gathered fabrics from many shops as I traveled and found this pattern in a magazine and liked the blocks.  It is king size and I quilted it as I went beginning with the center then adding borders of each row.  Was tricky to keep all the additions in the correct order.  I sewed the strips together in the order that I was planning to quilt them.  Was a fun quilt to make.

Woa.  That's beautiful and it looks like it was a lot of fun to make.  I'm sure they'll love it for years to come.

You did a wonderful job on this quilt!

Do you remember the name of the pattern and the magazine you got it from? I love this quilt and would love to make one!
