This quilt was made from 2 templates, for paper piecing,  a picture and no instructions. I did not paper piece it but converted it to regular piecing. My daughter saw this quilt on a friends bed  an fell in love with it.  It was a challenge that I was not sure about but am very please with the results.  It is king and quilted with variegated  thread.

How beautiful and vibrant! What a great eye, especially with no pattern!  Where is it displayed?  You did a wonderful job!  She will love it I am sure!

Love this!

The best I can tell, it is not yet quilted in this picture.  Any chance we can get another photo of the finished quilt?  I'll bet that variegated thread looks great!

It's wonderful - the colors and the pattern and the work!  I'd love to see it in person.

Absolutely gorgous, Tina !  Congrats on a job well done. Any chance YOU could write up the pattern/directions ? ? I know you had none to start with, but I'm not nearly as clever as you. I would love to give it a try, but without a pattern and directions, it's not possible for me. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks to all for the comments - I will post a picture of the quilting  directly.

I never imagined in a 100 years that I could built something like this.  I will try to put together pattern/directions and post it

I love how you incorporated the log cabin piecing in the cards.  It is beautiful and I commend you for tackling such a big project with no instructions.  If you ever make instructions, you should post them.
