Small wall quilt I made for 2013 Hoffman Challenge.  It is made of Hoffman challenge print and 10 more fabrics in a Bargello design with appliques from the challenge fabric.  It was not finished in this picture.  Will post finished quilt when I get a chance to see it next.  I sent it in the mail so it would arrive before the entry deadline and didn't gt a chance to photograph it finished.

**It didn't win an award but has been chosen to travel in the Hoffman Trunk Show this year!  So I am pleased to be chosen.  There were quilts entered from all over the world!

I love it. The way you added five spacer strips between the bargello columns on the left side, and three on the right side adds a powerful dynamic to the quilt. The four medallion borders, alternating and gradually increasing in size adds a strong, stable and yet powerful grounding force. This a nuanced quilt worth savoring. I can't wait to see it quilted.
