This was hard to give up but it was started and delivered(!) as a donation for an ovarian cancer fundraising auction. Again, very fun to see how each hex turns out and then hem and haw over what should go where. Thank goodness for the design wall hanging in the basement where nobody complains. I was a little scared of the bold stripes in the starting material but it turned out ok!
I was in a hurry to pack and ship so the outdoor picture of the quilt is the only one I have of it bound and quilted, and you can't see the whole thing. This photo shows the whole layout before it went to the longarmer. I wasn't going to tackle this on my home machine.
