This is a Purple Heart Quilt of Valor I presented to the Sgt of Arms at my American Legion over the weekend.  It was truly a pleasure to give Richard his QOV in his time of need especially.  He just started radiation treatments and he needs this quilt to keep his spirits up!

It looks Great!  That was such a nice personal quilt for him.  I know his spirit must've been lifted by a beautiful quilt.

Thank you everyone! I'm working on a project now to make 100 QOVs to go to our Vet's and Hawg's Rally in May.  If you're interested in helping out give me a shout at operationvalor@gmail.com ! I consider my QOVs the least I can do for my freedom!

Giddy, this is truly a very special and beautiful quilt.  I, too am about to start radiation. So I know how much this quilt and the love it brings will mean to Richard.  I'll include him in my prayers.
