This is my granddaughter's "happy" play quilt.... it is small, just the perfect size for her....

when she gets bigger she can use it for tea parties... :)

it is nice and bright and colorful....

 

there are prairie points that i tacked down with a bit of perle cotton thread...

I hand quilted it, but my stitches are far from perfect, but I think it turned out just fine..

Beautiful and should make a great table cloth for her tea parties when she get older, and after that a nice lap blanket.

I 'feel' the love you put into this sweet quilt.  My favorite times are when I am sewing for my grandchildren, all 11 of them and 6 great-grandchildren, soon to be 7. Dorothy
