I made this art quit wall hanging using a design technique taught by Louisa Smith. It was fun designing the quilt and choosing fabrics for the various parts in some of my favorite colors. I donated the quilt to Tucson's Quilt for a Cause which auctions quilts to raise money to donate to the Tucson Medical Center for treatment of women's cancer. A professional quilter did the quilting as I have not mastered free-motion quilting yet.
