Tote bag has 6 paper-pieced cardinals.  This took forever to make!  I severely underestimated how long it would take to make it and I'm so glad that it's finally done!  There is a cardinal Christmas pin on the front, in case anyone is wondering what that is!  This will be a Christmas gift for my husband's aunt.

Thanks everyone!  I don't do paper piecing very often, but for the most part they turned out OK (as long as no one looks at them too closely!).  I actually ended up having to make an extra one after realizing that one of them had no black fabric in it!  Live and learn...

Oh, and the pattern was from Jodie Davis.

Very nice, hope your gift is much appreciated.  I believe you can never have too many bags!  I have only done a minimal amount ofpaperpiecing, you gave me inspiration to try some more.
