This is a 16" x 16" wall hanging. The contest theme was Alliances: People, Patterns, Passion. The title of my quilt is "As it was in the beginning" and here is part of what I wrote with my entry, "What greater alliance than between God and man. God's hand is from Michelangelo's Creation of Adam. The human hand was traced from my granddaughter's hand. This alliance is never-ending--hence the circle."
