This Strata Star was made from a kit that I purchased at my LQS.  My dear husband helped me work out the triangle sizes - as a machinist, he is very precise in working with measurements and that was a great help!  This picture is in my very messy sewing room - the topper actually resides in my dining room, but hangs from my baker's rack rather than living on my dining room table.  THAT is because my little Shih Tzu, Daphne, often sneaks up onto the table to peek out the dining room window, even though she knows she is not allowed up there.  And if there is something cozy accidentally left on the table, she curls up on it for a snooze!  There was too much work put into this topper to become Dahpne's quilt, so I had to get creative in how to display it!  LOL

Nice looks great, I also have dog like yours but she has such short legs, she is nearly 3 and she just now gets up in my chair and on the couch she's a very needy dog so my son says with humor. Her name is Emmy and my spoiled baby.
