This wallhanging was made for my mother as a Mother's Day present. It was Very, Very late because it took me much longer to do the hand embroidery than I thought it would! LOL. Anyway, I made it as part of yet another Craftsy course - Stupendous Stitching with Carol Ann Waugh. I really like the machine components of this technique, but find the hand embroidery to be a little tedious, mostly because I have problems with my hands swelling, and hand stitching doesn't go quickly for me. If you look closely, there is a message in the wallhanging for my Mom.
