I made this quilt in 2011 for my son. My son is 6'3" tall so the pattern wasn't quite big enough so the borders on the top and the bottom were designed by me as an addition to the original pattern - the original ended with the first dark border. I quilted this quilt myself and in that first dark border I wrote that I had made the quilt for my son - I am sorry I don't have a picture of it quilted but it is in MN now - on DS's bed... I put a minkie fabric on the back and he absolutely loves snuggling with this quilt... makes a Mom smile...teehee
