With another Minnesota winter arriving soon, I thought DH and dog would appreciate a warm flannel lap quilt to share on the couch. I took the advice of others on this site and gave it a first wash&dry at the coin laundry so all those fabric bits wouldn't end up in our septic system. It's getting hard to find woven flannels, so I used some white backed flannels in some of the smaller squares, and you can see they don't fray as nicely.
