Cherry Blossom Meditations Bargello

I am fascinated with bargello quilts and wanted to see what happened if I used the same strip set (the same fabric, in the same order in the strip set) in two separate patterns. This is the same strip set I used in my Oriental Splendor Bargello quilt. I think the two look very different, and not just because the borders are different.

Beautiful work! I am very impressed! I looked at your Oriental Splendor and could see that the strip sets are the same, but probably would not have noticed if you hadn't mentioned that. They really do look different. Bargello quilts are one of my favorites. I'm still working on my 1st one. The quilting is almost done!

This is really nice Denise. I want to make a bargello but have too many projects going right now.  One of these days, months, or years.

Beautiful Bargello, I need to make one of these. I did view other quilts that you have posted and like the color combinations that you choose.
