I used 30's replica fabrics to create my first large (twin size) quilt for my Grandson's first birthday.  I "messed up" the layout... I flipped my blocks the wrong way, so I had to keep flipping them the wrong way all the way through.  It does not match the Quilt in a Day pattern.  I was afraid to bind it, so I ended up messing it up a little when I quilted it because I turned it inside out and then quilted it which caused a little bunching in one corner of the quilt.  Still, for my first larger quilt, I think it turned out okay.
