This is my American Legion District Commander Lee Laws, I gave him a Quilt of Valor at our recent convention and everyone got to sign it that was there!

How awesome! I haven't been to a VFW in years. Shame on me...I'm a life member in the Auxilliary, too.

I loved it because he was my local commander and was the person who introduced me on stage to present my very first Quilt of Valor last year to a man that he had known for years who I met at last years Convention. It was such a treat to give to him. I will post the picture of us together and the look on his face says it all!
