The fabrics in this are from a Batik fat quarter exchange that Quilt Daddy hosted. The pattern also came with the exchange. I really like all the fabrics together and had fun putting it together.
Very pretty! My first thought was licorice.. you know... those colored layered ones?
Fabulous! Love it!
Very Beautiful not that I am in any way partial to batiks...haha. I love the color combinations. Very refreshing appearance. Do you sell your quilts? And the cost for this one?
I love that this came from a fat quarter exchange. Bold colors, strong lines, and a sense of movement. My kind of quilt.
lizbonner - thank you for your inspiring comments! I am a real newbie at this and have not yet thought of selling my quilts. Thanks for looking.
Denise Smart - thanks for looking at my quilt. I find the lest expensive way to get a wide variety of fabrics is to join an exchange. I was very pleased with the diversity of fabrics
Debbie-do your comment brought a smile as well as a hunger pang for licorice first thing in the morning! The breakfast of champions - right? hehehe Thank you for looking and taking the time to comment.
Dawn - thanks for looking at my Twister quilt and taking the time to comment. Funny that no one mentioned the mistake I had made and was too lazy to rip out a bunch of seams to fix it. To me it sticks out like a sore thumb and I wish I would have taken the time to rip rip rip and rip some more to fix it.
