Each month we got a baggie with fabric and instructions,$5 for first block and as you bring it back you pay $0.10 for the next.  As long as we continued to the end our names were added to a drawing box.  Prize was the dimes each person put in and a gift certificate to the store.  My name wasn't drawn!!! Darn.
