This was larger than a queen size. The largest quilt i ever attempted on machine. It has over 1000 pieces. The border is black with blue flowers and green leaves. Terry is a very special elderly lady that elped my mother through colon cancer.A wonderful lady. This is my thank you.

A beautiful quilt and gift for your mothers friend. I'm a colon cancer survivor so I really love the blue and the meaning of this quilt.

To all of you thank you for your wonderful comments. To kellu I got the pattern from "Crafting Traditions" magazine Nov / Dec 1998 edition.  It is not as difficult as it looks.  Hope that helps. God bless you all.

My mom had colon cancer.  This is one of the nicest ideas to say thank you to someone so special.  You are a sweetheart to do this for her.

I altered the pattern to queen size from a lap quilt and added the prairie point border
