I embroidered this Wedding Tweet for the daughter of our friends and her new husband. It is an embroidery from http://emblibrary.com. I personalized it as much as possible with their wedding colors and names/date.
My original plan was to have it framed, but I found the black/gray/gold fabric at Joanns and fell in love with it, so I ended up making a wallhanging out of it instead. I top-stitched it 1/4" from the outer edge and from the tweet design. The colors went well with their wedding colors, and they are also Pittsburgh sports team colors. The bride is a Pittsburgh sports fan and the groom likes the Pittsburgh Penguins hockey team, so I decided to go for it.
On the back, I put a pocket and placed their wedding program inside the pocket. I hadn't been able to get all of the bridesmaid and groomsmen names on the front, so the program was a way to have all the names as part of the project without figuring out how to embroider all those names on the tweet!
