Table topper done in burgendy & blue (my daughter's colors).

Very pretty. Was this a pattern or your own design? Love doing table toppers and I think I would like to try it.

Thanks. Not my own design. Usually can look at a picture and figure it out, but had to buy this pattern. Got it from School House Quilts. Also need 9 or 10 degree ruler. 10 degree makes it a tad larger, but fits coffee table perfectly. Quick and fun once you get the hang of it.

Very pretty.  Someone brought one into the shop the other day.  they aer fascinating.  Are they difficult to make?

Pattern calls for quilting inside out and turning (birthing) the quilt. I had better luck putting it together like a regular quilt and using bias binding. The first one I followed the instruction and ended up binding it anyhow because I didn't like the way it looked.
