I hope this worked,  Thank you everybody for answering and trying to help me. I need it to be kind of simple because I'm doing all of this one handed.

i'm going to try and move this to the main site to get more ideas for you.  it will be hard to do the appliqued hearts wither by hand or machine one handed and i don't know how you will quilt it or tie it one handed.  are you planning on sending it to a long arm quilter to be finished?  

you can put the hearts on with fusible and then top sttich over them.

what do you want the finished size to be?
