I took a class at the Quiltfest in Jonesborough, Tennessee, on shredded fabric art quilts.  This is the wall hanging I made in the class.  I did it quickly, so it was basically unplanned.  The next one will be better!  it was great fun to do!    I have not yet put the binding on this wall hanging.

Fabric paints were used to highlight the trees.  Two layers of tulle were used in this quilt.  (that's what holds the shreds on before you quilt it!)

I have seen this style quilt at shows.  They are fascinating.  You may have done this quickly but it turned out great!!!  Well done.

this is really nice.  i've made a couple of fish with this technique and i would really like to try a big landscape with it.
