Wow. Simply stunning. I especially appreciate the contrast of the individual leaves falling to the ground in the lower left hand corner, the interwoven ribbon grid in the upper left, then it flows into feathers on the right hand side. All grounded, centered and framed by that amazing tree, with your charming door inviting us into this fantasy image. This is high art worthy of being in a museum. Thanks so much for sharing.

so are you doing this from a book or pattern? do you sew each block separately then sew them together? It is really amazing!

Hello Tamie and thankyou!  These were all drawn freehand directly on the fabric so there are no patterns!  I have seen a similar drawing of this tree which inspired me, but these are originals and one-of-a-kind!  They are separate blocks and will be assembled into a wall quilt!
