Is it a Quilts Illustrated pattern? The style looks similar to some that I have made.
I love the look of your bag and it's great how you have made it elegant by adding jewels, a lovely touch.
I am very new to quilting and have made one bag for my cutting boards and am half way through a quilt for my daughter's 17th birthday. I would love to make a bag like yours but it looks pretty complicated. Did you use a pattern or did you design it yourself?

To answer Wendy's question I did use a pattern called Sausolito. It's not difficult to asemble. Following the cutting directions required focus!
