My mother taught me to sew using this machine it was purchased 07/07/1962 . Monday 04/02/2012. Mother called and said she needed the room so I am now her proud owner. This machine has been on a regular service slip for several years, I know that it has been lovingly taken care of, I take it with my machines twice a year.

I have one of these also.  It was my grandmother's.  I also have all of the caches that go with it & make the fancy stitches (before electronic embroidery machines.)  I have had regular maintence doen on it & the service man said this machine will probobaly outlast my sewing interest.  Hang on to yours & it will take care of you.  Happy Quilting!!!

What a treasure!  I wish I had the machine I learned to sew on. Your machine was purchased on the day my brother was born!
