I've made up the mystery quilt block from scraps and plan to give it as a candle mat to my secret sister in May. The pattern came from American Patchwork & Quilting April 2012 issue. I had to download the instructions from allpeoplequilt.com.

Nice block.  I think it would look nice multiplied into a quilt too.
