The design appeared in "Quiltmaker" magazine, Jan/Feb 2005 as a picture of a full size quilt by Gail Bartley. She changed the original Fish Flash Quilt project published in Early Summer 1990 including offsetting the diagonal rows by half a block to create a natural effect. I have written instructions of what I did to make it a wall hanging... I'd be happy to share.
