This is the 2nd one for my park ranger daughter in Alaska.  That girl collects way too many t-shirts.!  I iron a light-weight fusible to the back of each t-shirt design to give it stability and keep the fabric from stretching and making funny bumps and puckers when I quilt it.  I have a HQ Sixteen, which makes the quilting fun and easy.

Great job!! I've made a couple t-shirt quilts too. They take a little more effort but worth it in the end.

Thanks!  The gnome is my favorite too, Marge.  He's from Arches National Park in St. Louis--the back of the t-shirt has ridiculous questions tourists really have asked on it.  Pretty funny!

One thing I like about t-shirt quilts is fitting them together like a puzzle, although THIS time, if you notice the orange strip on the upper right?  We can call that a "design element," or be honest and say "Yvonne messed up in her measurements!"  lol   Either way, it worked out...
