watermellon and lemonade

This is a quilt I designed using 3D pinwheels and  one seam flying geese. I took the class on the pinwheels at the LQS  in September.  

The background fabric is a cotton seersucker. Pinwheels and flying geese, are made from the Kaufman batiks I won this summer in the summer block party contest.

Beautiful...so bright and cheery. I like the bight lime green to add the extra pop.

I really like this quilt.  It's bright and cheerful and lively.  Very nice job.

Wendy, this is really a cheerful quilt with those batiks.  The white background really makes them standout!
