Here is the quilt I have been working on. This is the one that I had troubles pinning together, but got it done thanks to all the excellent advice. I did the meandering free-motion stippling on most of the quilt; I got brave and added a design to one of the borders. I have made one rag quilt before this (it is the zebra pink and blue rag quilt I posted on here) but this is my first real pieced quilt.
