Lap Quilt, strip pieced and then trimmed on the bias before joining blocks together.  No two blocks are exactly the same in this quilt.  This one is done in earth tones with planning as to how the colors would assemble in the finishes project.  As you will see, I enjoyed this pattern so much that I kind of got stuck in a rut with it.

Very interesting pattern.  And I love the way the sunflowers "dance" across the quilt

Not a bad rut to be in at all...I like the bright and dark contrasts.
