My grandson wanted a Hunting quilt.  I used an animal fabric and fussy cut them into blocks.  I made them the same size by adding borders of various fabric to each one so that I had uniform size blocks.  To break up the small blocks  I used "Bear Paw' blocks placed at random.  My grandson found the blue camo fabric and wanted it in his quilt so I machine appliqued his name for the center block.  I use camo fabric to tie it all together.    It is hand quilted.

DD says your DGS has good taste. She loves his quilt...and his curtains.

What a wonderful quilt. It's great that your grandson had input into the quilt. I know it will always be so special to him.

What a neat quilt for your Grandson. Its easy to tell he's proud of it!  Love the way you set the bear paws. It took me a second look at it to see it wasn't stars.

Love this! Another beauty, and you have such a talent for utilizing pics and blocks and bringing it all together.
