This is my latest project.
This quilt top is going together so fast. Lots of fun too.
So far I've gotten 15 stars done. I should finish all the stars today and hopefully sew the blocks all together.

I was really surprised at how much the black background made the colors stand out. Even the ugly Army green one is really pretty.
I'm trying to figure out how to do my horizontal lattice now.
I have sewn on my vertical lattice strips on but should my horizontal ones be a solid strip cut the length of fabric not WOF or is it better to piece them? I also thought about maybe adding corner stones but now I'm not so sure. I'd like the focus to be on the stars.
Any ideas ladies?
