This is a picture of the ironing/work table my husband made for me from an old ironing board and some plywood.  Several ladies said they would like to see a picture.

Brillant idea.  I'm tall and this would be nice for me inside of bending over a card table.

Great idea!

Phyl, I am 6'2" so I feel your pain..... we use an old kitchen table for cutting but we put 6" bed raisers under the table legs. It brings the table to about kitchen counter height and saves a lot of pain!

I love your pressing station.  That is a great old wooden ironing board.  Your DH did a great job on the conversion.  Thanks for sharing.
