This is the first lap quilt I quilted on my DSM. I stitched in the ditch around all the squares. The quilting job wasn't perfect, but I was more than pleased with it as my very first machine quilting attempt. The quilt is flannel on both the front and the back, with a very thin cotton batting. Very heavy and very warm! I named this quilt The Blue Baboon Quilt because there are blue, orange, and yellow baboons in one of the prints. Other prints include multi-colored jungle animals, and brightly colored parrots.
